During this session, Jason Sulham, Vice President at Broadreach Public Relations and Susan Faloon, Public Information Officer at the Maine Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), will share crisis communications tools and examine a variety of crisis scenarios ranging from a public emergency to a reputation/brand crisis.

Speakers: 

  • Jason Sulham is Vice President and Senior Strategist at Broadreach Public Relations where he leads the firm’s public affairs offerings and advises clients on crisis communications matters. Since 1999, Jason has worked extensively on high profile strategic communications and crisis communications efforts for a diverse list of clients that include corporations and non-profit organizations of international prominence.
  • Susan Faloon is Public Information Officer of the Maine Emergency Management Agency. As the spokesperson for MEMA, Susan regularly discusses relevant topics like severe summer storms and lightning safety, heat basics, hurricane season and food safety.
