Communicating Across the Generations

In this special educational session, attendees will learn about communicating across the generations with the latest technology. - 8/10/2007

According to MediaDaily, iPods top this year’s Back to School shopping lists; Facebook is the new email, and text messaging the new language.With all these changes, how do you communicate across the generations?

 

From Boomers to Generation X to the emerging Homeland Generation, participants will learn about the different generational marketing segments and gain fresh insight into how organizations are adopting new communication strategies. Speakers from the frontline will share their experience.   

Participants will receive a photocopy of the latest Harvard Business Review article entitled “The Next 20 Years:  How Customer and Workforce Attitudes will Evolve.” This is a great primer to understanding the different generational segments.
