From Boomers to Generation X
to the emerging Homeland Generation, participants will learn about the
different generational marketing segments and gain fresh insight into how
organizations are adopting new communication strategies. Speakers from the
frontline will share their experience.
Participants
will receive a photocopy of the latest Harvard Business Review article entitled
“The Next 20 Years: How Customer and Workforce Attitudes will Evolve.” This
is a great primer to understanding the different generational segments.
